Micke Grove Park & Zoo
In May Mike & I visited Micke Grove Park in Lodi. We were pleasantly surprised by all it had to offer, in addition to picnic areas & sports grounds there were museums, a Japanese garden & even a zoo & small amusement park rides for children. Next time I think we will plan more time to relax & not try to do/see everything in one visit.

how far is Lodi from Manteca? if we ever get down there this looks like something interesting to see
Micke Grove is just over 20 miles from us. About a half hour drive. Come on down. We have a guest room with queen sized bed (& a twin bed in the sewing room).
trouble is.. finding the time to do that.. we keep talking about it but so far that's as far as we get
